Working with disadvantaged kids has been the mission Patricia D. Stanford Literacy Center. We are making it our mission to educate and train children in the academic areas of their lives. We are not a government funded after-school tutoring center, everything has to come out of our pockets and this has been impeding our mission to help our children on a greater scale. Every day parents reach out to us to take in their kids at the church space we used but there are some physical and financial challenges that we are faced with. The facility where we are located at on Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn, NY, needs some renovations so that it could hold more kid. We would need to purchase more tabless and chairs, computers, tutoring materials and hire more tutors. This brings me to the place where I would like to ask for your financial help in partnering up with us on a monthly basis or a one time to help meet those needs. We would like to thank you in advance for your support.
